Caviar of farm-raised Acipenser Baerii (BAE), produced in the Aquitaine
region of the South-West of France and imported into the United States. It is
noted for its gastronomic excellence equal to Beluga caviar from the Caspian Sea.
This fresh product comes from Siberian sturgeon raised on French aquafarms that
operate in conformity with the regulations relating to animal welfare, health
and the environment. Characterized by large grains ranging in color from grey
to golden brown, this caviar is appreciated for its delicate nutty flavor which
lingers on the palate.
For export of sturgeon caviar and paddlefish caviar CITES permit is required.
