Green Kidney Beans - Flageolets are an import from France. They can be prepared and eaten alone, but are also delicious when combined with pork roast. Green Lentils don’t need to be sorted for preparation. Cooking takes them 1/2 the time
needed for ordinary lentils. They are excellent in salads and vegetable dishes.
Only farm-raised sturgeon caviar is imported and sold by Optimus d/b/a Marky's Caviar company. Optimus d/b/a Marky's Caviar will not import any wild sturgeon caviar. Domestically, only sustainable paddlefish and hackleback caviar is purchased and sold by Optimus d/b/a Marky's Caviar.
